Refund policy
At Stylz Collection, we take pride in creating premium grooming products made with quality ingredients and real barbershop experience. Due to the personal nature of our hair, beard, and skincare products, we follow strict hygiene and safety standards for all returns and refunds.
Returns
We accept returns on unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Products must be unused and unopened
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:
- Opened products
- Used products
- Items with broken seals
- Products damaged through normal use or misuse
Because our grooming products are personal care items, opened or used products cannot be restocked or resold.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
We’ll gladly work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, customers may return the item and place a new order separately.
