Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are handled by the shipping carrier.
If your package is significantly delayed or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first. You may also contact our support team and we’ll do our best to assist you.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue.
